  • Do you ship Internationally? This website is currently set up to ship to the United States. However, we have set up a Zazzle store to handle international orders. If you have any questions message us!
  • How much is shipping? We offer FREE standard shipping on all our items.
  • What are your shipping methods and costs? We use standard shipping which takes 5 - 7 business days.
  • Is rush shipping available? For expedited shipping contact us and we'll calculate the cost for you.
  • How long does it take to receive products? We're a small business. Please allow five to six business days for Processing, then another five to seven business days for Shipping.
  • What if my package is refused or undelivered? Should an order return to us unopened, we resend at no additional cost.
  • How are the products made? The main designer is Cindy Bendel, however we also partner with artists. We are excited to share their work with you! For product printing, we partner with other companies throughout the U.S. We have a vetting process and choose these companies based on product quality, turnaround times and customer service. All items are printed in the U.S.


  • How do I change or cancel my order?  We partner with fulfillment companies to print our products. Some allow cancellations as long as the order hasn't entered their production process. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to modify your order.
  • What is your refund policy?  We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. 
  • With exception of personalized products, we accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. These returns may be subject to a restocking fee. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to initiate the return process and we'll provide an RMA and address to ship to.


  • Do you offer a giftwrap service? At the moment we are not set up for this service.
  • Can I personalize a product? Many products can be customized with a monogram, name or phrase. Contact us for help and we'd be glad to assist you.
  • Can you match colors to my decor? Contact us and we'll do our best to help. A good number of items especially the pillows can be color-matched.

  • How do I provide general feedback? We would love to hear from you! We give out special offers to those who provide us photos and information about their experiences using our products.
